About The Position

The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise at Jared. The role is responsible for delivering a confident, emotional, and expertly guided customer experience for important Bridal purchases. The manager leads Bridal category performance, serves as an expert in diamonds and storytelling, oversees Bridal visual merchandising, coaches team members, drives performance excellence, and partners with store leadership to develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead total Bridal category performance, including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as an expert in diamonds, storytelling, and confidently closing sales.
• Ensure consistent Bridal presentations across team members.
• Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution, aligning displays with key moments, launches, and selling priorities.
• Observe or coach each team member on one Bridal presentation every month and provide actionable feedback on diamond education, confidence, emotional storytelling, payment options, and closing.
• Help customers express their individuality and feel confident and understood during guided experiences for meaningful moments.
• Improve key performance indicators, including conversion, appointment culture, and follow-up behaviors.
• Lead by example through personal performance and reinforce consistent Bridal presentations.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
