Requirements

  • 1+ years of automotive sales experience is preferred, but your "soft skills" and work ethic are what truly matter
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with high-income, highly educated clients
  • Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing

  • Guide sophisticated clients through the purchasing process, helping them select the vehicle that perfectly complements their lifestyle
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and negotiate leads to grow your personal book of business
  • Navigate the sales process with transparency and professionalism in a high-energy, family-oriented environment
