About The Position

The LUXE Collision Estimator guides customers through vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value. The role prepares initial estimates, completes estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates. The estimator manages repairs throughout the process, performs in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ standards, and keeps customers informed about vehicle status. The role also reviews and pulls data procedures for Body Technicians, completes post-scanning for each vehicle, pre-closes final repair orders, handles disbursement paperwork, resolves file exceptions, and ensures carrier-specific requirements are complete.

Requirements

Customer service skills.
Organization and multitasking skills, good time management, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems; CCC One is preferred, as are Mitchell and Audatex.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of working with insurance partners.
Experience with CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating systems.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
Complete initial estimates and full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, then lock final estimates.
Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.
Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status and provide a positive customer experience.
Pull and review data procedures for or with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
