About The Position

Crash Champions is seeking a LUXE Collision Estimator for its highline and luxury EV repair business. The estimator guides customers through vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value. They prepare initial estimates, complete estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates. The role manages repairs throughout the process, performs in-process quality control, keeps customers informed, reviews repair procedures and data with body technicians, completes post-scanning, and helps finalize repair orders and insurance documentation.

Knowledge of working with insurance partners.
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems; CCC One is preferred, as are Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
Complete initial estimates, prepare complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.
Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide a positive customer experience.
Pull and review data procedures for or with body technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
