About The Position

Crash Champions is hiring a Collision Estimator to guide customers through vehicle repairs and insurance procedures, prepare and manage repair estimates, and help ensure repair quality and a positive customer experience. The role includes completing initial estimates, writing full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and locking final estimates. The estimator manages repairs throughout the process, performs in-process quality control, keeps customers informed, reviews repair procedures and data with Body Technicians, and completes post-scanning. The position also involves pre-closing final repair orders, handling disbursement paperwork, addressing file exceptions, and ensuring carrier-specific requirements are complete.

The posted annual compensation range is $65,000 to $145,700. The range includes monthly sales incentive bonuses; the actual offer depends on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and qualifications. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and annual updates.

• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems; CCC One is preferred, as are Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation; lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.
• Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status and provide a positive customer experience.
• Pull and review data procedures for or with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
