About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimating and customer-service duties at its Virginia Beach service center. The position includes writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery, finalizing total-loss administration, and communicating post-repair plans and vehicle-status updates to customers. The estimator must comply with Caliber’s safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.

Requirements

At least 2 years of collision estimating experience.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy.
Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
Strong sales orientation.
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience is preferred.
