About The Position

Lake Central High School is seeking dedicated individuals to provide supervision during lunch periods to ensure a safe and positive environment for students. The ideal candidates will actively monitor student behavior, promote a respectful atmosphere, and assist in maintaining order during lunch hours. Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with adolescents preferred but not required.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch periods, ensuring adherence to school policies and procedures.
• Monitor student behavior to promote a safe and respectful environment.
• Assist students as needed, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts or behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with school staff to address any concerns related to student behavior or safety.
• Report any incidents or issues to appropriate school personnel in a timely manner.
• Encourage positive interactions among students and promote inclusivity during lunch.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required.
