As a Lube Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping vehicles running smoothly through essential services like oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and inspections. Requirements

Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right the first time.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills to navigate service systems and documentation tools.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred but not required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance services on a wide range of vehicles.
Conduct multi-point inspections to identify wear, safety issues, and potential repairs.
Assist service technicians with light mechanical tasks as needed and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Work with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers and contribute to an exceptional service experience.
Follow all safety procedures and adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
Work closely with fellow technicians, advisors, and parts department staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
Participate in training to stay current on the latest tools, techniques, and maintenance procedures.
