Requirements
- Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles
- Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
Nice To Haves
- Previous lube technician, express technician, or quick-lube experience preferred
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-focused attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Professional work ethic and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other minor maintenance services
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, fluids, lights, and overall vehicle condition
- Identify and communicate recommended maintenance or repair needs to the Service Advisor team
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and attention to detail
- Operate customer and dealership vehicles with care and professionalism
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe service area
- Support the service team in delivering a smooth, timely, luxury-level customer experience
