Requirements

Automotive Technical Knowledge
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete repairs accurately according to repair orders, manufacturer guidelines, and dealership standards.
Perform all repairs and services safely, efficiently, and within established quality expectations.
Road-test vehicles and verify repairs to ensure concerns are fully resolved.
Document diagnostic findings, repairs completed, test results, and technician time accurately on each repair order.
Maintain the required personal tools and properly return dealership-owned special tools after use.
Use shop supplies, parts, and materials responsibly and cost-effectively.
Keep the service bay, tools, and work area clean, organized, and safe throughout each shift.
Protect customer vehicles and return them in the same or better condition than received.
Complete required manufacturer, ASE, dealership, and technical training while maintaining applicable certifications.
Communicate with team members, follow assigned schedules and workplace standards, and promptly report safety or operational concerns to management.
