About The Position

We’re looking for hardworking and motivated Lube Technicians to join our growing team. The Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services to Chevrolet and dealership standards. This role ensures every vehicle is serviced with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and eager to grow within the automotive service field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn dealership and GM processes
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with automotive maintenance

Nice To Haves

• Previous lube or maintenance experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
• Complete multi-point inspections and report recommended services
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
• Assist Service Technicians and Service Advisors as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Properly use shop tools and equipment in accordance with GM and dealership guidelines
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures
• Support a collaborative, team-oriented service department
