About The Position

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking detail-oriented individuals with a passion for how things work to join their team as Lube Technicians. This role involves inspecting vehicles, changing oil and oil filters, and refilling fluids. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving and ensuring efficient operations. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• 8th Grade Proficiency or Above
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Able to lift at least 20lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable of working in both extreme weather elements – hot and cold

Nice To Haves

• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs multipoint inspection
• Advises management of additional work
• Inspect fluid levels
• Check air pressure of tires
• Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil
• Add water to radiator and battery
• Replace oil and air filters
• Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Follow company safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals
• Other duties as required
