They should be able to read, write, and communicate problem solving ideas to be successful in this position.
Requirements

- Previous automotive background
Responsibilities
- Trouble shooting/decision making: Determining Causes of operating errors and deciding how to fix the problem.
- Reading comprehension: understanding written documents concerning work related tasks
- Writing: communicating effectively with co-workers through proper grammatical and spelling
- Communication: effectively communicating with the team to fix each customer’s needs in a timely manner.
- Give recommendations based on what the customer needs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle, especially if it changes
- Assure that vehicles get fixed and returned clean, undamaged, and without changes to the comfort, convenience features, or audio system settings.
