About The Position
Huntington Beach Hyundai is seeking Lube Technicians to join their team. This role involves performing minor preventative maintenance on vehicles, conducting inspections, and communicating repair recommendations to service advisors. The dealership is part of Lithia & Driveway, a large dealership group focused on providing convenient customer experiences.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an express/quick lube technician
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
- Experience with Hyundai, Kia or Genesis.
- Operate different cars models, light trucks, and vans
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- A focus on accuracy, efficiency, and completing assigned tasks.
- A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Nice To Haves
- Hyundai Certified is preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform minor preventative maintenance (changing engine oil and filters, tire rotations, engine/cabin air filter replacement).
- Perform and complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
- Communicate vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the assigned service advisor.
