About The Position
Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a LTC LPN for their New Lisbon, WI location.
Requirements
- Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of related work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess and pass medication to residents
- Report to physician any changes observed in residents
- Report to charge nurse any changes observed in residents
- Update family members on resident status
- Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator
- Report any change in condition to the charge nurse
- Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed
- Perform other duties as requested
