About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking a LPN/LVN - LTC for our client in Seward, AK 99664. This is a 13-week contract assignment. Responsibilities for this LPN/LVN - LTC position include, but are not limited to: LTC LVN/LPN PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Must have AK license in hand. Shift: 4x12 Variable (or 3x12 Variable - traveler's choice). Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on facility needs at time of start date. Duration: Traveler's Choice for 26 or 13 week assignment. Ratios: 1:20. All caregivers are required to obtain the Alaska Food Worker Certification as a requirement of working in a LTC facility. Clinicans will obtain certification during orientation on-site at the facility. They do not need to complete this prior to their start date. There is a one-time $10 fee for this certification. The facility will pay for shuttle to and from Anchorage at the beginning and end of the assignment. Local shuttle in Seward available for local transportation needs.

Requirements

• LPN/LVN - LTC
• Previous travel experience required
• AK license in hand
• BLS required
• 1 year of experience
• First Timers Accepted: No
• Alaska Food Worker Certification (obtained during orientation)
• Active AK State LPN License
• BLS
• LTC Experience

Nice To Haves

• PCC experience Preferred

• Pay rate : $36/hr. and Traveller: $47/hr ($2256.00/wk.
