About The Position
This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The role requires availability for 4x12-hour day shifts with a maximum of 3 days of Requested Time Off (RTO).
Requirements
- Active South Dakota LPN/LVN license
- Minimum 2 years of relevant LPN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong medication administration skills
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Strong care planning skills
- Excellent documentation abilities
- Excellent communication abilities
- Excellent teamwork abilities
- Availability for 4x12-hour day shifts
- Maximum of 3 days of RTO (Requested Time Off)
