As a Nurse, LPN the primary duty is to provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services for clients.
Requirements
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- One year of related experience and/or training
- State LPN licensure
- CPR certificate
Responsibilities
- Report to work when scheduled and on time.
- Ensure appropriate medication regimen is provided to patients per protocol and/or provider’s orders
- Monitors patient progress, addresses patient needs, and maintains documentation per established guidelines.
- Functions as a part of an interdisciplinary team of nurses, technicians, and counselors to provide support to patients admitted to withdrawal management unit.
