Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year experience in medical/surgical area along with experience in subacute and/or long term care.
• Licensed practical nurse in the state of Maryland.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Implement all aspects of the nursing process based upon the medical needs of the patient/resident.
• Assess and interpret patient/resident information.
• Plan and implement patient/resident care plans.
• Act in a supervisory position to provide direction and leadership to GNAs and other support staff.
