About The Position

Join our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a PRN (as-needed) basis. Requirements

• Current, active LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A heart for serving seniors and those in recovery

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians
• Support rehabilitation goals and promote patient independence
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every shift
