About The Position

People, Incorporated’s Residential Program is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to support medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN provides services and care to individuals in the program while respecting their human rights. The role includes supporting daily routines, implementing individual service plans and positive behavior supports, and using de-escalation or crisis-management techniques when needed to maintain safety. The posting lists part-time/full-time LPN roles at $36.50 per hour, per diem roles at $32.00 per hour, and Weekend Warrior roles at $42.25 per hour. Evening and day hours are available; schedules vary.

Requirements

Valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license.
Qualifying criminal background check.
Valid driver’s license.
TB screening and physical upon hire, with a TB update every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities

Provide a structured daily routine, including house meetings, individual outings, and meal preparation.
Provide activities of daily living (ADL) care.
Facilitate family visitations.
Distribute medication while maintaining individuals’ human rights.
Implement Positive Behavior Support and individual programs identified in Individual Service Plans.
Use de-escalation and crisis-management techniques when required to maintain safety.
