About The Position

Marrakech is hiring Paraprofessionals in New Haven, Connecticut, for Young Adult Services Residential. The role supports young adults with behavioral health and similar needs in their recovery, providing daily assistance while encouraging independence and personal choice. Paraprofessionals follow individualized support and recovery plans, work as part of a supportive team, and help individuals build community connections. Paid training is provided, and relevant experience is helpful but not required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Connecticut driver’s license.
Personal insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living skills, including personal care, meals, and routines.
Support medical needs and appointments.
Follow individualized support and recovery plans.
Encourage community involvement and social engagement.
Complete routine overnight safety checks for overnight staff.
