About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an LPN to administer skilled nursing services to patients who require intermittent professional services. The LPN teaches patients, their families, and other members of the health care team, and performs services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. The role requires a graduate of an approved school of clinical education, a license in the state where the employee practices, and at least one year of experience as a licensed nurse. Candidates must also have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operating a mobile device, a valid state driver license, automobile liability insurance as required by law, dependable transportation in good working condition, the ability to drive safely in all types of weather, and CPR certification. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred. Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president for operations or regional director.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
- Licensed in the state where the employee practices.
- At least one year of experience as a licensed nurse.

- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
