About The Position
Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in St. Michael, Minnesota, is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care and services to residents and tenants. The position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care under the direction of the Director of Health Services, while maintaining quality care consistent with company and regulatory standards and individual care plans. This is a part-time PM position, with shifts from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and every other weekend required. The stated wage range is $27.00–$32.50 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid state licensure as an LPN or RN.
- Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Advanced computer skills, including email use.

- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
- Ensure proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
- Support the Director of Health Services with the written staffing plan and nursing schedule to reflect the needs of the resident and tenant population.
