About The Position
Legacy of Farmington Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Farmington, Minnesota, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The community is a 70-unit, apartment-style setting providing assisted living, independent living, and memory care services. The LPN is responsible for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Health Services. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
