About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider to patients from birth through the lifecycle, using the nursing process and in accordance with Piedmont Healthcare’s Mission and Vision Statements. The LPN works within the scope of their license and the organization’s policies and procedures, and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The role includes guiding ancillary staff and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide quality nursing care. The LPN combines compassion, caring, and appropriate technological competency to deliver holistic patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an LPN program.
- Current Georgia LPN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
- BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
