About The Position

BAYADA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Nurse Residency Program, a paid residency program for new graduates entering home care. The program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. BAYADA provides in-depth paid training, support from clinical managers, and around-the-clock clinical support as nurses build confidence and skills. Nurses provide one-on-one care to clients of varied ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The role offers flexible scheduling around the nurse’s availability and opportunities to work close to home.

LPN NRP pay starts at $27 per hour for the first six weeks and is $30–$40 per hour after 90 days.

Requirements

• Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
