LPN-Flexible Schedule for RN Students

You will work closely with CNAs, RNs, providers, therapists, and other members of the care team to ensure residents receive attentive, individualized care. The position is on-site. The posting lists a starting salary of $52,000–$69,000 per year, with shift differential.
Requirements
- Hold an active and valid LPN license in good standing.
- Be able to work on-site.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician or provider orders.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
- Complete nursing documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with CNAs and other members of the care team to coordinate resident care.
- Communicate with residents, families, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond to resident needs and help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate and attentive care.
