About The Position
Caring Hearts Homecare is hiring registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for per-diem positions serving Medford, Malden, Everett, Chelsea, Revere, Lynn, and Winthrop. Nurses provide professional care to clients in their homes, assess and educate clients about their conditions and treatments, and coordinate care with doctors, other providers, and caregivers. Compensation is per visit: $30 for LPNs and $35 for RNs, with an additional $50–$150 for OASIS for RNs.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts nursing license as an RN or LPN.
- Hands-on nursing experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Flexibility to travel to assigned cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Assess and evaluate clients and teach them about their disease processes and treatments.
- Review, implement, and follow the plan of care, and re-evaluate clients’ care needs.
- Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.
