About The Position

Professional Case Management is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) in Tennessee to provide in-home healthcare services to people who have served the country. The role offers one-on-one patient relationships and the opportunity to support clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind in the comfort of their homes. Nurses create their own schedules, allowing time for other personal activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to practice nursing respectfully across individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
• Ability to promote safety for clients and coworkers and comply with agency policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of one year of experience as an LPN/LVN in an acute care setting or equivalent is preferred; new graduate nurses will be considered.
