About The Position

Under the direction of a professional RN, the LPN participates in the systematic and continual assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families. The role includes planning and implementing appropriate interventions, evaluating their effectiveness, and adjusting the plan as indicated in a timely manner to provide safe and effective care.

Requirements

• Current Missouri Practical Nurse License or a current Practical Nurse License from a compact state. If holding a compact license, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families under the direction of a professional RN.
• Plan and implement appropriate interventions.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust the plan as indicated in a timely manner.
• Provide safe and effective care.
