About The Position

White Oak Kings Mountain is seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurse to join its skilled nursing team as a Weekend Supervisor. The facility is a 154-bed long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical competence, professionalism, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. A commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of care is essential. The position is scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role offers $33.00–$38.00 per hour, with wages based on years of experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid in three installments at 90 days, six months, and one year of employment. The LPN Supervisor receives an additional $9.00 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays, plus applicable shift differentials for hours worked on other days.

Requirements

Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing.
Current, active LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
