About The Position
White Oak Kings Mountain is seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as a Weekend Supervisor on its skilled nursing team. The facility provides long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services and emphasizes high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical competence, professionalism, leadership, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, with a commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of care. The position is scheduled Friday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The listed pay range is $33.00–$38.00 per hour, with wages based on years of experience. The role receives an additional $9.00 per hour WE Premium differential on Saturdays and Sundays, plus applicable shift differentials for hours worked on other days. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid in three installments at 90 days, six months, and one year of employment.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing.
- Current, active LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Strong leadership and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
- Clinical competence, professionalism, and ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
