About The Position
White Oak of Rock Hill is seeking dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurses to join its skilled nursing team. The facility is a 141-bed skilled nursing center near Piedmont Medical Center, providing long-term care and short-term rehabilitation in a designated rehabilitation unit. The role calls for clinical competence, professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to lead and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, while maintaining a commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay, including a shift differential if applicable. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits upon hire, effective after 30 days of employment.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing.
- Current, active LPN license in the state of South Carolina.
- Strong leadership and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
- Dependability and compassion.
