About The Position

White Oak Kings Mountain is seeking a dedicated, professional Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as a Weekend Supervisor on its skilled nursing team. The facility is a 154-bed long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation center in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The role calls for clinical competence, professionalism, leadership, effective communication, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, with a commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of care.

The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid in three installments at 90 days, six months, and one year of employment. Pay is based on years of experience and includes a $9.00-per-hour WE Premium differential for hours worked Saturdays and Sundays, plus applicable shift differentials for hours worked on other days. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits upon hire, effective after 30 days of employment.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing.
• Current, active LPN license in North Carolina.
