About The Position

Freedom Square of Seminole is seeking patient-centered Licensed Practical Nurses to provide care in its upscale skilled nursing center. The LPN staff nurse administers medications and treatments, documents care, and responds to emergency call lights. The role includes assisting with admissions and discharges, communicating changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and families, making rounds with physicians and transcribing orders, and maintaining continuity of services and care.

The community describes its work environment as fast-paced, team-focused, and centered on hospitality, accountability, and resident care. The available schedules are full-time 3 p.m.–11 p.m. and full-time 11 p.m.–7 a.m.; the overnight schedule is 32 hours per week. Pay is up to $34 per hour based on experience and shift differential. Sign-on bonuses are offered for both shifts.

Requirements

• Current nursing license with the state of Florida.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents.
