About The Position

Dove Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The nurse oversees patient care by directing and supervising other staff, administers medications and treatments, observes and manages acute changes in patients’ conditions, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. The role is full-time, with a 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. shift and an every-other-weekend requirement.

Requirements

Current Wisconsin licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN).
Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to accept and give directions.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Desire to make a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of patient care by directing and supervising other staff members.
Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration.
Observe and manage acute changes in a patient’s condition.

Perform other duties as assigned.
