About The Position
Benedictine is seeking dynamic and compassionate LPNs or RNs to provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents. The role uses the principles of Relationship Based Care, performs initial data collection on residents, and participates in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN. The Owatonna, Minnesota community is seeking nursing team members who will enhance residents’ lives with respect, compassion, and trust. Recent graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
