About The Position
Benedictine is seeking dynamic and compassionate LPNs to provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents at its Owatonna, Minnesota community. The LPN uses the principles of Relationship Based Care, performs initial data collection on residents, and participates in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN. Recent graduates are welcome. Benedictine is a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. Requirements
- Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience is preferred.
- Recent graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Use the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
- Perform initial data collection on all residents.
- Participate in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN.
