About The Position
Benedictine is seeking dynamic and compassionate LPNs or RNs to provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents. The LPN uses the principles of Relationship Based Care, conducts initial data collection for residents, and participates in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN. The nursing team serves residents in the Owatonna, Minnesota community.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities

- Conduct initial data collection on all residents.
