About The Position

Reservoir, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support the well-being and comfort of residents. The LPN provides direct nursing care, administers medications, collaborates with healthcare professionals, and oversees the implementation of care plans. New graduates are welcome. The role is located at 400 Bolton Street, Marlborough, Massachusetts, 01752. The listed pay rate is USD $35.50–$37.00 per hour, and the posting offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

Valid state LPN license.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Interest in the nursing needs of aged and chronically ill people, with the ability to work with both.
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
Provide direct nursing care and oversee implementation of care plans.
