About The Position
Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to adults and older adults. The therapist will help patients improve independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life through personalized, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. The role offers clinical autonomy, continuity of care, and a focus on quality outcomes rather than high patient volume. Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

- Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
- Deliver care through therapeutic activities, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive techniques.
- Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
