About The Position
Reservoir, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to support the well-being and comfort of its residents. The nurse provides direct nursing care, administers medications, collaborates with healthcare professionals, and oversees implementation of care plans. New graduates are welcome. The role is based at 400 Bolton Street, Marlborough, Massachusetts, and offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The stated pay rate is $35.50–$37.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Valid state LPN license.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill, with the ability to work with both.
- Strong clinical skills, including administration of medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
