Requirements
- A valid, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Alabama.
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (required to utilize the company vehicle).

Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate our local team of field LPNs and CNAs.
- Conduct client supervisory visits and initial clinical assessments within your designated territory.
- Collaborate with families and our clinical leadership to implement and update personalized care plans.
- Ensure precise, state-compliant clinical documentation and adherence to company policies.
