About The Position
Seeking an LPN/RN for a Residential Housing Treatment Center. This position involves building positive relationships with clients and staff, dispensing medications, managing medication stock and MARs, coordinating client care, completing nursing assessments for intakes, documenting care in an electronic medical record system, and implementing nursing interventions.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background screen
- RN or LPN license
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff
- Dispensing medications to clients
- Manage accurate medication stock and MAR's.
- Plan and coordinate client care.
- Complete nursing assessments for intakes
- Document in an electronic medical record system care given
- Implement appropriate nursing interventions
