The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with coordinating assessments and service plans to ensure high-quality care and compliance with state and federal guidelines. The Wellness Nurse also assists with compliance aspects.
Requirements
- LPN/RN license in the state of facility required.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with geriatric care desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans.
- Ensure that care is delivered with the highest quality.
- Assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
- Assist Resident Care Director with supervision of C.N.A staff.
