About The Position

Phoenix provides exceptional one-on-one private duty nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients with complex medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Nurses focus on one patient at a time, build long-term relationships with patients and their families, and help children remain at home in familiar surroundings. Phoenix offers specialized hands-on training for both new graduates and experienced nurses. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Passion for patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; hands-on training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Support children in remaining at home with their families and familiar routines.

Benefits

• Weekday overnight premium pay of $3 per hour.
• Weekend day premium pay of $4 per hour.
• Weekend overnight premium pay of $5 per hour.
• Annual Stay Bonus eligibility for full-time and part-time nurses.
