LPN/RN Homecare (Children and Young Adults)
About The Position
Phoenix is hiring licensed practical nurses and registered nurses to provide one-on-one private duty nursing to pediatric and young adult patients with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses build long-term relationships with patients and families, support children in remaining at home, and provide care tailored to each patient's needs. Phoenix offers specialized, hands-on training for both new graduates and experienced nurses. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available, with premium pay for weekday overnights and weekend shifts. Full-time and part-time nurses are eligible for an annual stay bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k), including availability for part-time team members.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; hands-on training is provided.
