LPN/RN Homecare (Children and Young adults)
About The Position
Phoenix is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one private duty nursing to pediatric and young adult patients with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses build ongoing relationships with patients and their families, support care at home, and provide individualized skilled nursing care. Phoenix offers specialized, hands-on training for new graduates and experienced nurses. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available, with premium pay for weekday overnights and weekend shifts. Full-time and part-time nurses are eligible for an annual stay bonus. Benefits are available to part-time team members as well.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; hands-on training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families and serve as a partner in their care.
- Help patients remain at home with their families and familiar routines and surroundings.
- Deliver patient-centered care tailored to each patient's needs.
Benefits
- Premium pay: +$3 per hour for weekday overnights, +$4 per hour for weekend days, and +$5 per hour for weekend overnights.
- Annual stay bonus eligibility for full-time and part-time nurses.
