LPN/RN Homecare (Children and Young Adults)
About The Position
Phoenix provides one-on-one private duty nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients with complex medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Nurses build long-term relationships with patients and their families, support children in remaining at home, and provide patient-centered care tailored to each patient's needs. Phoenix offers specialized, hands-on training for new graduates and experienced nurses. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available, with premium pay for weekday overnights and weekend shifts. Full-time and part-time nurses are eligible for an annual stay bonus. Requirements
- Hold a current and active LPN or RN license.
- Have a passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; hands-on training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes.
- Tailor care to each patient's unique needs.

Benefits
- Premium pay: +$3 per hour for weekday overnights, +$4 per hour for weekend days, and +$5 per hour for weekend overnights.
